SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Prior to Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order(s) before it is shipped from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees. You need to submit a cancellation request by emailing us at admin@asiatechbiz.net.

Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be processed. We recommend submitting the cancellation request within 12 hours after placing your order to allow for cancellation prior to the shipment of the goods.

Return Policy

The following conditions must be met to be eligible for return requests after shipment/receipt of goods:

1. All sold items are non-refundable except in the following cases: (i) Failed Delivery, (ii) Wrong Delivery, and (iii) Damaged goods during delivery.
2. Only items purchased directly from Asia TechbizSdnBhd Online Store are eligible for returns.
3. Products purchased from other merchants are not covered by this policy and must comply with the respective merchant's returns and refund policy.

The following are eligible for return:

1. Wrong: The received item is not the one ordered, with incorrect size or color as indicated in the order summary, or missing items in the packaging.
2. Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt or has been tampered/refurbished or modified. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to return the goods. Returns are only allowed for complete Asia TechbizSdnBhd Online Store products.

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

1. Items must be sent back to us within 7 working days upon receipt (as evidenced by the postal or courier receipt).
2. You must have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
3. Items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging, including any received free gifts. All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any way.
4. Items must be returned in the original box (or with at least suitable packaging) to protect the product from damage during return shipping.

Please note that changes to orders and cancellations will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any cancellations or returns that are deemed inappropriate or unreasonable.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be processed once we receive and examine the returned goods at our return center. The method of refund will depend on your original payment method:
1. Online Bank Transfer: Full refunds will be credited to your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.
2. Credit Card Refunds: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.
Please contact your card-issuing bank regarding the duration of credit refunds.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Address

We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase.

Please ensure that the correct addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and only to valid legitimate shipping addresses.
We will not be liable if an incorrect shipping address is provided and the goods are returned to us.
All redelivery of goods to you will be charged for associated shipping charges, which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.
Change In Shipping Address

If you have any request for a change of shipping address, please email us at admin@asiatechbiz.net within 12 hours after placing your order.

If a request for a change in shipping address is made after 24 hours of order confirmation, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

Shipping Time

It typically takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods

to arrive at your destination. Shipments will be delivered during office hours between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays only.

Tracking Number

Once the goods are picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID for the package will be available. Any communication will be done via email/mobile app/SMS.

For non-tangible products or services, order confirmation and receipt will be communicated via email/mobile app/SMS. Proof of purchase, invoice, or delivery order will be available.

We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, without prior notification or approval from the customer.
